I Love Lucy!

I Love Lucy

And 37 others!

No, no, no, I don't mean that Lucy consuming Vitameatavegemin (23% Alchohol - hmmm).

Since I enjoy color, I mean:

The delightful Rosé of Pinot from the Pisoni Family in Santa Lucia Highlands: Both in full bottles, $16 and 4 packs of cute, mini 1/4 bottles, $18. Sales of either donates $2 to Breast Cancer Research.

Don't tell my family but I have to confess that I'm not a monogamous Rosé consumer. Come to think of it, that secret is out in the open so go ahead and mention it if the subject comes up.After all, when it comes to Drinking the Pink I fully support serial consumption (not to be confused with over consumption) from a variety of countries, grapes and styles. After all, there are too many alluring Rosés out there to continually indulge in just one!

So, if you haven't been in for a bit, you should mosey back to "Rosé Corner" and peruse our selection of 38 (at last count) different wines. I'm certain that you can't find as large or diverse a selection anywhere else in the Bay Area and you're bound to see something of interest if you ever drink the stuff.

And, if you don't, you should!

After all we have wines from CA, France, Italy, OR, WA, Spain ranging from $8-27 (30+ are under $17).Examples include:- "Baby" Reds such as Skywalker Ranch Rose of Pinot, $18 from Marin County which I found while walking around downtown LA in 102 degree heat - how do you spell Relief"?- Light, dry and interesting Provençal Rosés, $10-16, based upon Grenache,, often with Cinsault, Syrah and Carignane blended in.- Lucy! Pink Pinot Perfection (?)- Cabernet Franc Rosé from the Loire Valley bursting with crisp red fruit along with bell pepper accents.- Rosé of Montepulciano from the Marche in Italy- Rose of Sangiovese (IT) and Mencia (Espana)- Grenache, Pinot, Syrahs, from the U.S.I could go on and on but best to come see for yourself.
